Welldone.AI ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, process, use, and protect your personal data when you use our site, book a consultation, or purchase our services. We comply with Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
1. Personal data we collect
When you submit the consultation form, we collect: restaurant name, contact name, LINE ID, phone number, email, tier of interest, and the problem description you provide. When you browse the site, we may collect anonymous behavioral data (pages visited, dwell time, device, referrer) via cookies and analytics tools.
2. Purpose and use
Purpose: to contact you for one-on-one consultation, provide service quotes, deliver services, and maintain customer relations. Use: our team contacts you through the methods you provide; we will not use your data for marketing beyond the original purpose without your explicit consent.
3. Retention and data location
Your data is stored on Supabase (database) and Resend (email notifications) — both overseas services compliant with GDPR / SOC 2. Retention: 24 months from submission. After expiry or upon your request, we will delete it within 30 days.
4. Your rights

5. Security and third-party sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for compensation. Third parties required to deliver our service (Supabase, Resend, Vercel/Zeabur hosting) only receive the minimum data needed to perform their function.

We use essential cookies to keep the site running, and may use analytics cookies to improve user experience. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work. Material changes to this policy will be posted here, with the "Last updated" date refreshed.
